Our Role in the Food Service Market
We have created a trusted name in the food packaging. Our products are
toxin free and do not react with the items at any temperature. We check the
quality because we do understand that this affects the consumers directly.
For the food service market, we provide a full line of products for packing
& storage mainly in retail stores, supermarkets and other points of
sale.
Power Generation Facility
We have a captive power generation plant with 100% backup that assists us
practice an advanced business procedure. Due to this facility, our
production process remain free from any kind of power disruptions and makes
us independent of the Electricity Board. Our manufacturing unit is regarded
as a labor free plant that means all workmen are graded staff. They keep the
plant running efficiently and utilizing the resources and facilities. We
have been able to achieve a turnover of 1800 MT per annum.
Our Printing Process
Our printing line is supported by one 8 color Rotogravure printed line;
enabling us to handle the most complex printing tasks. The machine is loaded
with automatic web-guides that can easily print on PET, BOPP, Poly, HM, PP
and the machine is even capable of handling printing on Paper.
Other
Processes We Employ
Lamination : We provide superior lamination to enhance
shelf-life of the food grade items. We are experts in special lamination of
shampoo, rice and oil film. We are also capable of handling high-grade
lamination for heavy duty pouches, citrus products, pickles and liquid
detergents.
Slitting : We have the facilities to offer accurate
slitting with flush winding. We have installed the best slitters from Print
& Paper Sales and Lapra. Some of the other machines include- tension
control system suitable for film, papers and laminates and Ink jet Coding-
Image S7 Mega.
Pouching : We are specialized in customized pouching. Our
clients just have to send us the details about size and we will accomplish
it with precision. All our Pouching machine are MAMATA make.
Cylinder Engraving : We procure Diamond etching cylinders
for high precision and highest quality printing output. Some of the machines
that we have with us include- Electro-mechanical cylinder engraving line,
Plating and polishing technology from Ohio. We have access to design data
digitally handled by experienced Pre-press managers and cylinder proofing
facility.
